We process contact details you provide to answer enquiries, prepare quotations and deliver requested services. With analytics consent, we process a random session identifier, pages, sections, clicks, active time, device data and campaign parameters to understand website use. We do not store the full IP address in analytics; a salted hash and approximate network block may be used for security and abuse prevention.
3. Legal bases
Contact and quotation processing is necessary for pre-contractual steps or performance of a requested service. Optional analytics and advertising rely on consent. Security and fraud prevention rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Necessary cookies maintain consent and, after analytics consent, the anonymous visit flow. Recruitment applications
When you submit a careers form, we process your identification and contact details, location, professional interests, experience, availability, mobility information, message and CV solely to assess current or future recruitment opportunities. Processing is based on your consent. CV files are stored privately, are available only to authorised administrators and are not published on the website. Applications are retained for up to 180 days, unless you request deletion earlier or a different retention period becomes necessary after a professional relationship is established.
